Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive to the Assemblies of God World Missions (AGWM) Division offices.

Advise appropriate offices of the visitor's arrival. Provide hospitality as visitors wait to be directed or are greeted by the appropriate person and office.

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

Answer and or push out emails that come into the AGWM Contact and AGWM Receptionist email.

Serve as back-up to cover department phones upon request.

Provide support to the Personnel Specialist in the planning and preparation for the division-wide staff training program.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma required.

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Front Office and Office Management experience helpful.

- Receptionist experience preferred.

- Solid written and verbal communications skills.

- Requires multi-tasking, time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

- Data Entry.

- Customer service skills.

- General office skills.

Compensation: $16.48 per hour
