POSITION SUMMARY:

Processes all divorce recognition applications and prepares them for submission in Executive Presbytery meeting.

Reviews and prepares applications and cases needing special approval by the Executive Presbytery.

Process 501 (c)(3) documentation for districts and General Council approved entities.

Assists with collating and assembling documentation for Executive Presbytery notebooks and electronic documentation.

Assists with digitization of divorce documents and applications and cases needing special approval documents.

Assists with credential renewal processing.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma required.

- Minimum one year office/clerical experience preferred.

- PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

- Bible and AG doctrine knowledge preferred.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Good reading comprehension skills.

- Editing.

- Customer service skills.

- General office skills.

Compensation: $16.48 per hour
