ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI
NO REMOTE WORK


Contacts missionaries regarding budgets, itineration supplies, medical and visa clearance and purged pledge list.

Updates missionary tracking sheets using Microsoft Access.

Mails completed profiles to the missionary.

Recommends to the Itineration Lead, missionaries who need extra assistance in raising their budget.

Works with Mobilization Director to speak with struggling missionaries.

Notifies missionary of late IR's as needed.  Coordinates information with regional office and financial specialist if checks are being held due to lack of reporting.


Qualifications:

High School diploma.

Previous office experience preferred.

PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Access).

Data Entry.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good phone skills. 

Self-starter and willing to learn.

Customer service.

General office skills.

Compensation: $16.48 per hour
