NO REMOTE WORK

This is a temporary position only (May through August 2026).
Schedule is Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:00pm.

Processing registration forms for the National Youth Conference. Includes processing payments and accurately entering data into registration software.

Customer care as it relates to answering general information questions, identifying and solving specific registration issues.

Accurate filing and maintaining files such as registration forms etc.

Assisting districts with NFAF questions and advancement requests as needed.

Preparing and packing materials needed for on-site at the festival, such as evaluator packets, evaluation sheet packets, site-specific bins, etc.

Attending and assisting at the National Youth Conference.

Over-time will be required as needed.

**Qualifications**

High School Diploma required.

PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).

Typing 40 WPM.

Word Processing/Data Entry.

Customer Service.

General Office Skills.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
