ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI
NO REMOTE WORK
Oversee all logistics of each training program, including scheduling, resource development, content creation, speaker development, and budget management.
Manage the weekly new employee orientation process to create a great first impression and ensure a positive and efficiently run orientation experience.
Develop and maintain the internship program with Evangel University in partnership with the HR Hiring Manager.
Partner with leadership, managers, and HR Director to identify and prioritize training investments.
Facilitate training for all levels to educate and enrich employees at the National Office.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or other related field.
Previous experience as an assistant trainer preferred.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite).
Familiarity with training technologies a plus.
Must be self-motivated and have advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and work well in collaborative environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience or coursework in Human Resources desired to understand the full scope of training needs and company policy.
Tactful and articulate with the highest levels of management as well as others being trained.
Ability to establish new training modules for various company-wide processes.
Willing to pursue continuing education or certification opportunities.

Compensation: $44,871.00 per year
