Support Assemblies of God Youth Ministries (AGYM) by creating, reviewing, and managing Fine Arts systems and processes, and reports under the respective directors.

Serve as the liaison with General Council personnel, i.e., HR, Accounting, I.T., Security etc., before, during and after the event.

Train new District Youth Directors and new District Fine Arts Coordinators in the Fine Arts ministry in alignment with AGYM goals and outcomes.

Oversee the annual District Fine Arts Coordinators Retreat and ensure that training has been accomplished for a nationwide discipleship strategy of Fine Arts.

Coordinate and participate in site visits to potential event host cities and venues for efficient and effective event planning and space allocation.

As assigned, coordinate and manage event staff and volunteers regarding assignments travel details, program elements, and ministry values.



College degree preferred.

Credentialed AG Minister in good standing.

Familiar with productivity tools and able to learn additional software solutions.

1 - 2 years large scale event experience.

Bookkeeping.

Accounting.

Customer Service.

General Office Skills.

 
Compensation: $42,531.00 per year
