ALL POSITIONS ARE ON-SITE IN SPRINGFIELD, MISSOURI
NO REMOTE WORK
Serve all world associates with passports, visas and documents which require direct communication with the applicant, and various entities.
Be familiar with visa requirements including filing fees and procedures.
Coordinate travel for world associates, and Latin America/Caribbean (LAC)/International Ministries career personnel.
Authorize payment invoices and process refunds for respective purchases.
Assist Missionary Services Manager with Ministry's Directory Publication and end of year Statistical Report and various projects.
Coordinate purchases through various vendors and medical suppliers as requested.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Knowledge of international travel helpful.
Knowledge of Assemblies of God World Missions helpful.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Data Entry.
Customer Service.
General Office Skills.

Compensation: $15.62 per hour
