NO REMOTE WORK
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants who do not have an accountant degree and specific professional work experience in bookkeeping and accounting will not be considered.
Maintain the organizations general ledger system, which includes adding accounts and reports, as well as making changes to reports.
Process all transactions in the general ledger system in order to generate monthly and annual financial statements.
Perform periodic analysis of financial statements and reconcile various accounts on a monthly basis.
Maintain tables related to account conversion to endure activity can be processed across multiple systems within the organization.
Prepare various reports for the annual audit and respond to auditors inquiries as needed.
Record monthly sales activity from third-party partners.
Qualifications:
College degree in Accounting.
3- 5 years accounting experience.
Experience with monthly close process helpful.
PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Office Dynamics GP).
Bookkeeping.
Accounting.
Rate of pay offers are based on experience.

Compensation: $22.72 per hour
