PLEASE NOTE: Only applicants with the required education and specific financial analysis experience will be considered for this position.
This position provides key decision support capability to AG National Office leadership regarding the overall financial performance of the assigned organizational areas.
Complete operational performance as measured with actual, budget, and prior year results.
Facilitate in developing agreed upon financial goals and objectives for the organization's needs for a planning cycle; operational, business and strategic.
Assist in achieving financial productivity for the organization through integration of business processes and functions.
Facilitate achieving the overall stewardship objectives of the Finance functional area on behalf of the organization.
Create timely and impactful financial deliverables.
Communicate outcomes to leadership and staff at various levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
College degree required (Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or other business-related field).
CPA and/or MBA helpful.
Two years marketplace experience as a financial analyst.
Demonstrated understanding of basic business operations and functions.
PC Skills (Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to develop and present presentations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Rate of pay offers are based on experience.

Compensation: $44,871.84 per year
